Milk Education are recruiting for a SEN TA/LSA – West Drayton to support pupils within a specialist SEN school for children with low to high autism needs. This role offers a supportive environment and excellent professional development.
The SEN TA/LSA – West Drayton role involves providing targeted classroom and 1:1 support to pupils with Autism, helping them engage with learning and manage emotional and sensory challenges. You will gain invaluable experience within Education and Training in a specialist SEN setting.
As a SEN TA/LSA – West Drayton, you will work closely with teaching staff and external professionals to deliver personalised support strategies. The school is highly committed to staff wellbeing and ongoing Education and Training.
This SEN TA/LSA – West Drayton position is ideal for aspiring Speech and Language Therapists or aspiring Psychologists looking to build a strong foundation within Education and Training and SEN support.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Supporting pupils with Autism (low to high needs)
2. Delivering structured 1:1 and small group support
3. Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour
4. Working as part of a multidisciplinary SEN team
Essential Skills / Experience:
5. Experience supporting SEN or Autism
