Multi‑Skilled Engineer
Role Purpose
Static Multi-Skilled Service engineer for completion of daily, weekly, monthly and annual service and PPM’s.

Duties And Responsibilities
* Operate all systems within the buildings in a competent, effective, and efficient manner.
* Completion of PPM and Reactive Tasks and update the electronic workflow system.
* Ensure that daily checks are completed and repair, report any defects found via the FM helpdesk.
* Identification of materials required to be ordered & installed in a timely manner.
* Comply with both statutory and company health, safety and environmental regulations and policies.
* Timely implementation and recording of statutory inspections including accurate recording within their specified logbooks.
* Ensure that Specialist Service Provider worksheets are reviewed & signed off, the quality of work is inspected, and recommendations are escalated to the Supervisor.
* The Site team will ensure that Plant areas, workshops, stores, changing/rest areas etc. are kept to the highest level of housekeeping.
* The Engineer will be expected to work, and trouble shoot all building systems but not be limited to the following:
o Building Management Systems & Electrical Monitoring.
o HVAC Systems, Including Humidifiers.
o Air Handling, Air Conditioning & Chillers.
o Sound knowledge of VAV & FCU Systems.
o Domestic Water Services & Plumbing.
o Pumps, Motors & Variable Speed Drive.
o Gas Boilers.
o Hot Water Calorifiers.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or similar.
* C&G Pts. 1 & 2 / FGAS and HVAC experience.
* L8 knowledge.
* PPM experience.
* Corrigo knowledge (a Bonus).
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff.
* Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation.
* Have good IT and report writing skills.
* Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
