Year-round work in different services (yes, we even have work in the winter) DUTIES: Supervising and managing technicians to ensure they're working safely and quickly while being respectful of people and vehicles around work areas (and doing the same yourself) Cleaning windows and buildings, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and more with your team of technicians on low rise buildings Leading project operations and safety meetings Verifying and logging the work hours of your team of technicians Keeping your team on budget and performing at our high standards of quality Keeping your company vehicle clean and organized Maintaining, assembling, and inspecting tools and equipment required at your work sites THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Has Canadian residency with a Social Insurance Number OR a current, valid working permit Is available for flexible work days (early morning starts, weekdays, sometimes weekends and occasional graveyard shifts) Is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Has experience managing others Has experience in exterior building cleaning/physical labour (preferred but not required) Has a valid driver's license (company vehicle provided) Has great verbal and written communication in English Is reliable, courteous, honest, and hardworking Has a desire to motivate others to do their best Has Level 1 First Aid (preferred but not required yet) Live in the Fraser Valley (you will be scheduled for jobs in Surrey, White Rock, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission, and Langley) What's being a Grime Fighter like?
