THE ROLE: This role will be ownership of all core office and business operations, ensuring the firm runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. The day-to-day will include: First point of contact for all office operations Overseeing facilities, maintenance, and suppliers Streamlining processes and implementing improvements Managing onboarding, offboarding, and employee administration Handling benefits queries, holidays, and sickness tracking Acting as the main point of contact for IT Managing the website and intranet Organising internal, client, and business development events Supporting and mentoring a junior team member Championing company culture Managing invoices, expenses, and the office budget Tracking business development activity and team targets Keeping marketing and business materials up to date This role is ideal for an experienced Operations Manager with 10–15 years’ experience who brings a polished, professional approach and enjoys working at the heart of a business.
