Role Overview
Manpower UK are supporting our reputable client in their search for a permanent Sales Executive for their Corby site.
You will be supporting the UK & Export Sales Manager by driving outbound sales activity and developing strong customer relationships. This desk-based role focuses on engaging both existing and new customers, generating opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively generate sales through outbound calls and follow-ups Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
2. Identify new opportunities and support business development activity
3. Manage incoming enquiries and convert them into sales
4. Prepare and follow up quotations
5. Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
6. Develop strong product knowledge and communicate technical information clearly
7. Support the external sales function with lead generation and account activity
Key Skills & Experience
8. Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (internal sales desirable)
9. Confident communicator with a strong phone presence
10. Comfortable with high levels of outbound sales activity
11. Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products in simple terms
12. Strong relationship-building and organisational skills
13. Self-motivated with a proactive approach
