Corporate Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Stockport, up to c £80,000 (DOE) – This regional law firm is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial legal professional to join its thriving corporate team and help shape the future of the team. JOB REF:2970
THE ROLE:
* You will lead and manage complex corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters.
* You’ll have direct client contact, develop business, and play a key role in strategic decision-making within the firm.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in corporate law
* Proven track record of managing high-value deals and client relationships
* Entrepreneurial mindset with business development skills
* Strong leadership qualities and team management experience
* Ability to work collaboratively and influence at senior levels
* Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
