Are you ready to lead change in the insurance industry? At Deloitte, we’re looking for an experienced Insurance Manager to deliver high-impact client engagements and drive transformation across the sector.
The Role
As an Insurance Manager, you will help deliver client engagements by combining deep technical expertise with a strong track record in change and transformation. You’ll bring a practical understanding of the insurance value chain, from underwriting through to operations, supporting clients across General Insurance, Life, MGAs, and hybrid insurers.
A key part of your role will be leading and supporting change initiatives—helping clients navigate complex transformations, implement new operating models, and embed sustainable improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and supporting transformation programmes across insurance organisations
* Delivering change initiatives, including operating model redesign, process improvement, and business transformation
* Working across underwriting and functional teams to embed change and improve performance
* Partnering with clients to solve complex challenges and deliver solution-oriented outcomes
* Managing stakeholders and ensuring successful adoption of change initiatives

About You
* Strong experience within the insurance industry (General Insurance, Life, MGAs or hybrid insurers)
* Proven track record of delivering change and transformation initiatives
* Experience in areas such as operating model design, process optimisation, or large-scale business change
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
