About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day delivery of marketing campaigns and activity. This is a hands-on role that offers great exposure across the full marketing mix – from content and campaigns to events and digital. Reporting into the Head of Group Marketing, you’ll work closely with the wider team and external partners to help bring campaigns to life, track performance, and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who’s ready to learn fast and make a real impact.

* Must hold a full UK driver’s license and have access to a car.

* Maintains a working knowledge of current and emerging social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
* Social Media Engagement: Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube).
* Content Creation: Copywriting and content creation for newsletters, social media posts, blogs, and other marketing materials.
* Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of various marketing campaigns. You will be involved in brainstorming ideas, contributing to strategies, and helping to implement initiatives that drive brand awareness and sales.
* Market Research: Provide insight into online marketing and industry trends, competitor activity to keep strategies up to date.
* Data Management: Manage data for email sends and lead generation activities in accordance with GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance.
* Events & Sponsorships: Supporting the marketing team with the administration, planning and execution of events and corporate hospitality. You will be responsible for managing the administration and logistics for corporate sponsorship.
