The KPMG Create Team function is a cornerstone of our UK business, operating from 20 UK locations and sitting within KPMG Central Services. We undertake work that matters and support the firm's growth, operation, and protection across various critical activities including HR, Learning, Finance, Procurement, Facilities, Business Support, Risk, Legal, Corporate Affairs, and Sales & Marketing. Candidate Requirements

* Technical Skills: Experience in digital development, design, and UX/UI.
* Management Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of developers and designers.
* Soft Skills: Pragmatic, dynamic, solution-oriented, and passionate about new technologies.


Preferred Skills and Extras

* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
* Experience in agency environments or internal creative teams, including managing offshore teams.
* Understanding of accessibility standards and agile development processes.
