About us
Waythrough (formerly Humankind) launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down the barriers that prevent people from accessing the support they need to live a life they value. We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, drug and alcohol support, housing, and related services.
We operate nearly 200 services across England, supported by nearly 3,500 staff and volunteers who make a difference every day. Annually, our services support around 125,000 individuals.
As we integrate two large organizations, you may notice some branding differences; for now, jobs are still branded under Humankind. We appreciate your patience during this transition.
