JOB SUMMARY
As an Accounts Payable in the Finance department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences. As a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure all suppliers' invoices are accounted for correctly, adhering to the procedure to process and pay invoices in a timely manner.
* Ensure all inflow of invoices through purchasing, post and email are monitored daily to keep a smooth flow and control of processing.
* Liaise with department heads to ensure all invoices are approved before paying.
* Ensure the coding of invoices reflects correct budgets and cost centres.
