They are seeking a proactive Customer Service Assistant to join them within their unit and be the face of the business to provide an exceptional customer experience.

The Customer Service Assistant role has the following responsibilities:
Be the face of the business and provide excellent customer service to all customers
Provide knowledgeable services and information about their products to customers
Operate the till and handle customer transactions
Mix and tint paint accurately and to customers’ requirements/specifications
Log customer orders through the system
Follow all health and safety procedures and handle all equipment properly
The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Assistant role will have:
Strong customer service and communication skills is essential
Previous retail or trade counter experience is essential
Knowledge of the paint industry would be advantageous
Willingness to learn product knowledge and develop skills
A Full UK Driving Licence would be advantageous
