Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor

Salary: £40,000-£60,000 DOE
A respected, long-standing law firmis seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join its expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
* Carry out title checks, draft contracts and respond to enquiries
* Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, solicitors and lenders
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards
* Maintain exceptional client service and build strong, lasting relationships
About You
* Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor with 6+ years' experience handling a full residential caseload independently
* Solid understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Clear, confident communicator with a client-focused approach
* Proficient in using case management systems
