We are Health Unlimited and seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join our Soho, London team.

The Account Executive plays a vital role within our agency. Supporting all aspects of account delivery, you will become your team’s right-hand person, handling tasks from liaising with suppliers and developing status reports to supporting integrated global pitches. We are looking for a self-starter with a bright future in the agency world. This role offers a great opportunity to start and grow your career in medical education.

This position is within Rock Unlimited, the Medical Education and Scientific Engagement specialists at Health Unlimited, comprising scientists skilled in delivering high-quality content, training, and education.

Our clients include:

pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer health companies, government agencies, medical societies, and advocacy organizations.

Please note, this is a hybrid role requiring one day per week in our Soho office.


Key Responsibilities:


Account Responsibilities:

* Attending client meetings and preparing contact reports
* Building strong client relationships based on high-quality service and trust
* Preparing project status reports and handling administrative tasks
* Supporting logistical arrangements and preparing meeting materials
* Understanding ABPI code considerations and their impact on materials
* Organizing events, including on-site support and liaising with experts
* Coordinating with suppliers for printing and production
* Collaborating with editorial, creative, and digital teams to meet client needs
* Providing scientific/medical referencing
* Managing knowledge databases
* Developing client proposals with support from your Account Manager/Director
* Conducting research for clients and new business pitches
* Participating in new business pitches as appropriate
* Assisting with the day-to-day running of accounts


Financial Responsibilities:

* Ensuring account profitability and minimizing over-service
* Managing budgets and tracking costs
* Ensuring accurate invoicing, budget tracking, and reconciliation


Candidate Profile:

* Motivated self-starter with initiative
* High attention to detail and quality control
* Confident, positive team player who handles pressure well
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
