Responsibilities
* Run and maintain regular processes (daily, weekly, and monthly tasks) with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
* Support troubleshooting of issues in scripts, code snippets, and web-based tools.
* Assist with documentation and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures.
* Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring consistency across systems.
* Provide ad-hoc technical support to the wider team as required.
* Collaborate with developers and non-technical staff, acting as a bridge between process execution and technical understanding.
* Update registers with new information from various sources.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage recurring tasks effectively.
* Eagerness to learn and grow into more advanced technical responsibilities.
* Basic understanding of web technologies is essential.
Nice-to-Have
* Experience working with automation tools or scripts.
* Familiarity with version control (e.g. GitHub).
* Prior experience in an operational or technical support role.
* Worked within insurance sector.
