Service Administrator An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Administrator to join a family run organisation in Lisburn. This is a Full-Time, permanent position. Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.15am-4.45pm and Fri 8.15am-3.45pm Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience Essential Criteria: Confident and assertive approach when communicating with customers. Proactive approach to problem solving. Reliable Methodical Disciplined Team Player Computer Literate "Can Do" Attitude Main Duties and Responsibilities: Receive and log service/repair requests from customers. Manage day to day activity and plan workload for the service engineers in workshop and on site. Ensure all service contracts are adhered to and coordinated into daily and monthly planning schedule. Talk to customers at the counter and by phone, always ensuring a professional and courteous approach. General day to day bookkeeping using 'INTACT' management software. General admin duties ensuring stationary and other consumables available when needed. Assist in preparing delivery documents and invoicing. Assisting with credit control tasks: customers aged balances when required. Be expected to complete any other reasonable duties in line with his/her responsibilities to assist in the smooth running of the business. Skills: service administrator administrator customer service
