Role Summary
The Commercial Finance Manager oversees client reporting for Hogarth, working closely with the Sr. Commercial Finance Director and global clients. The ideal candidate is strategic, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and capable of managing complex reporting and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with business development and internal teams
* Price responses to RFPs, collaborating with product, new business, and client teams
* Lead month-end processes, variance analysis, and forecasting
* Work with the Commercial Director on client rate cards and financial impact analysis
* Create KPI and QBR presentations with management guidance
* Identify new metrics to add value to the business
* Run reports, reconcile data, and ensure data integrity
* Maintain and update reports and dashboards
* Research economic conditions affecting sales
* Understand commercial transactions
Job Requirements
* Experience in financial or data analysis
* Fully qualified accountant with around 3 years PQE
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including report automation (pivots, VLOOKUPs, macros)
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and Mac
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Project management experience with complex projects
* Knowledge of sales metrics and enterprise processes
* Understanding of how business processes impact reporting
* Multi-tasking skills for managing multiple projects
