About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager (MCM) you will represent the company at stakeholder events, assist in developing new communication and stakeholder initiatives and ensure actions are completed for a successful delivery for Stage 3 operations.
Position Responsibilities
* Attend stakeholder events as the KGC representative as required
* Assist on communications required to existing customers and for Stage 3 project work
* Research materials and costs as required for the MCM
* Assist in developing new marketing and communications material and suggesting ideas to keep communications fresh
* Submit material for approvals and follow up to ensure approvals are reached within the timeframes agreed
* Work within the contractual framework agreed
* Lead campaign deliverables, as delegated by the MCM
* Write articles for e‑news and internal Keolis newsletter
* Manage individual projects as delegated by the MCM
About you, your skills and experience
* Ability to plan, develop and implement communications programs
* Use of relevant software and technology, some examples are: Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign), WordPress, Mailchimp
* Essential: Experience in at least one, communications or marketing in a service industry context
* Able to demonstrate high level consulting, relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a confident manner at all levels of the organisation (oral and written)
* Able to show a high level of planning and organising skills
* Able to demonstrate a commercial understanding
* Able to demonstrate creativity and experience with Adobe Suite, preferably InDesign
