What we're looking for
* Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or relevant childcare experience
* A caring, patient, and positive approach to working with children
* Confidence supporting outdoor play and nature‑based activities
* Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
* A genuine interest in supporting children's wellbeing and development
* Basic understanding of safeguarding and early years practice, or willingness to learn
