The Role As a Technical Trainee, you will support the technical team across a variety of pre-construction and development activities, including:
Assisting with technical appraisals of prospective development sites
Supporting cost assessments and identifying viable development solutions
Helping ensure sites are suitable for servicing and construction
Contributing to planning-related activities, including technical reports and liaising with external stakeholders
Supporting document control, drawing management, and general technical administration
Maintaining internal systems and tracking approvals
Assisting with research into potential land opportunities
About You Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate with a genuine interest in the built environment. You will have:
A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or similar)
Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook; MS Project or similar is a bonus)
An interest in planning, design, construction, and project delivery
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn
