About Us
We are a friendly and supportive tuition centre dedicated to helping learners achieve their best in Maths, English, and Science. Our small-group sessions (maximum 5–6 students) provide the perfect environment for personalised teaching, helping students grow in confidence and achieve academic success.
Role Overview
As a Tutor, you will:
* Teach Maths, English, and/or Science to Primary and Secondary learners (up to GCSE)
* Deliver engaging, structured lessons in small groups
* Adapt teaching to meet individual learner needs
* Track progress and provide constructive feedback to parents
* Use our ready-made resources to reduce planning time
Duties
* Plan and deliver personalised sessions in your specialist subject(s)
* Assess learners' starting points and monitor progress
* Complete registers and brief progress reports
* Create a safe, positive, and inspiring learning environment
* Contribute to learners' confidence and long-term success
Essential Criteria
* Degree-level education (essential)
* Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English and/or Science (up to GCSE level)
* Minimum 2 years' experience teaching or tutoring young people
* Professional, reliable, and well-organised
* Eligible to work in the UK
Desirable (not essential):
* QTS or recognised teaching qualification
* Enhanced DBS check
* Previous tutoring centre/classroom teaching experience
