Role Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support the Shop Manager in our new Alvaston shop. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has strong interpersonal skills, and enjoys working with people. You will help drive sales, work closely with staff and volunteers, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key qualities include leadership in the absence of the Shop Manager, positivity, creativity, and the ability to build community support. Your work will make a real difference in supporting young people in England by helping raise vital funds.
Responsibilities
