2. Salary £13.45 per hour plus shift allowance
3. Hours – 37.5 hours per week

11. Deliver exceptional, brand‑led service that inspires guests to become ambassadors of The Macallan
12. Work and communicate effectively across The Macallan Estate, maintaining impeccable presentation standards
13. Adhere to all estate and Edrington procedures, ensuring health, safety, and operational excellence
14. Remain fully attentive to guest needs, including concierge and accessibility support
15. Build strong brand and product knowledge through training and continuous learning
16. Maintain tasting areas to agreed presentation standards
17. Confidently use booking and till systems
18. Proactively exceed guest expectations by recommending relevant experiences and products
19. Stay informed on local insights and events to enhance the guest experience
20. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, pricing, and bespoke offerings
21. Professionally upsell through warm, diplomatic engagement
22. Follow best‑practice stock control, rotation, security, and payment handling

25. Additional fluent language skills (oral) would be a distinct advantage
