Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual for a blended role of Executive Assistant and Sales/Marketing Support Lead for an office based position in Aberdeen working 30 hours per week.
The role entails:
* Executive support to the Aberdeen director
* Sales and marketing support to a successful sales team across the UK
* Assist in driving sales and marketing initiatives
* CRM coordination (Hubspot)
* Marketing campaigns
* Onboarding
* Coordinating and supporting client communications
* Maintaining records
* Enhancing team efficiency
The successful candidate will liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
* Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal teams effectively
* Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with a detail-oriented approach
* Experience in Linkedin
* Ability to create content and work with AI tools to create content
* Ability to learn Marketing and creative software
* Proficient in using productivity tools, such as MS Office Suite, Excel, and CRM software
* Ability to work independently in collaboration with team members
* Must demonstrate a desire for continual learning. You will be asked what success books you read.
* Prior experience in a sales or marketing support capacity is a plus in
