Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding guest experiences through the delivery of spa treatments.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.
* Undertake reception and administrative duties when required.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety guidelines and spa protocols for all team members and clients.
* Effectively utilize sales tools to support the sales process.
* Maintain knowledge of all products used in the spa and seek opportunities to promote and upsell to guests.
* Serve as a brand ambassador for product houses, offering retail and home‑care advice.
* Maintain a balanced workload, limiting to no more than four massages per day to prevent repetitive strain injury.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on, productive approach and a continuous desire to improve.
* Show passion for spa and beauty therapy, a detail‑oriented mindset, and drive standards.
* Possess a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
* Exhibit friendly, courteous, and helpful communication skills, and motivate colleagues to exceed expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Evidence of Right to Work in the UK must be provided by all applicants.
* Weekend and evening work on a rota basis is required.
