Support Workers -

Horizon Healthcare Homes are currently seeking casual support workers to support individuals with learning and physical disabilities and other complex needs in our 10 bed home in Bradford BD6.
We are looking for people who have a desire to make a real difference in people's lives, have the energy to contribute to a stimulating and varied environment and are passionate about supporting the people who live at the home to live as independently as possible.
We currently have Casual Support Worker vacancies. We operate a 12 hour shift system, 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am, however, there may be opportunities for flexibility with the hours which can be discussed at interview.. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided for the candidates who can demonstrate the attributes that we are seeking in our staff. All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Successful candidates would be expected to support the people who live at the home with all aspects of their daily living which could include:
* personal care,
* activities within the house and in the community,
* daily living skills,
* promoting independence.
Horizon Healthcare Homes Ltd was established in 2007 and currently operate 9 homes across West Yorkshire. We provide high quality support for adults with a learning and or physical disability. All homes within Horizon Healthcare are purpose built and offer great opportunities for the people we support and excellent training packages for our dedicated staff teams.
