Mayoral Support Officer needed in Basingstoke This is a temporary contract paying £17.00ph PAYE This is a temporary role The reference number is: OR19063 The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to the Mayor and Deputy Mayor including monitoring the team inbox, diary management, making travel arrangements, managing correspondence in a timely and accurate manner, taking minutes as required. To attend weekly meetings with the Mayor and Deputy Mayor to advise and co-ordinate their engagement attendance. To assist in providing a high-quality event management service for the Mayor and Deputy Mayor, including civic and charitable events. This will include booking premises, arranging transport, organising refreshments, preparing invitations and seating plans and supporting the production of risk assessments.
