Role Summary
We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Administrative Officer within the Careers and Student Opportunities directorate (Graduate Success Team) for a fixed term of 24 months. The key aim of this role is to co‑ordinate promotion and engagement of the Graduate Outcomes Survey with internal university staff, students and graduates, directly contributing to the university’s 2030 strategy and our targets for Graduate Outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and update BCU Graduate Outcomes Survey marketing material and campaigns
* Timely promotion of the Graduate Outcomes Survey to relevant staff, students and graduates
* Collaborate with the alumni team to enhance engagement and graduate outcomes
* Take minutes and actions for Graduate Outcomes Survey meetings
Essential Requirements
* Degree level education (or equivalent) and experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, including staff, graduates, and students
* Experience working to multiple deadlines, adhering to GDPR legislation and working independently to maximise impact for students and graduates
