It’s not about what you know. It’s who you are. You’ll be doing one of the most important jobs in our business: looking after our customers. This involves building relationships, understanding what they do, how they do it, and most importantly, how we can help them do it better.
We have an exciting role to join the team as a Customer Service Advisor/Account Administrator. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing both large and small customer bases, delivering a best-in-class service, and using your product knowledge and expertise to maximise upselling opportunities. Your key objectives will be to ensure that:
* You build strong relationships with customers
* You are the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries are answered promptly
* You address queries and resolve issues effectively
* You convert queries into sales
The role will be based at Ram Mill, Chadderton, with 1 day per week of home working.
