Rev & Regs are currently supporting a UK-regulated fintech wealth management platform that’s redefining access to investment and savings products traditionally reserved for high-net-worth individuals.
The Role
As Head of Compliance & MLRO, you’ll take ownership of the compliance function at a pivotal growth stage, acting as a strategic partner to the business while building scalable, proportionate frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building, leading, and scaling the compliance function
* Embedding compliance across product, engineering, operations, and commercial teams
* Designing technology-enabled controls, monitoring, and governance frameworks
* Leading regulatory change, including variations of permission
* Partnering with product teams on regulatory strategy and customer journeys
* Supporting the launch of a financial advice proposition
* Holding SMF16/17 responsibilities
* Strong compliance experience within regulated financial services (wealth, investments, savings, financial advice, or retail finance)
* Experience in a fast-growth, fintech, or scale-up environment
* Proven ability to build or scale compliance functions
* Confident operating across multiple regulatory regimes
* Experience holding (or readiness to step into) SMF16/17
* Interest in fintech, digital wealth platforms, and financial innovation
