Virtual Personal Assistant – Velaré Luxé
Velaré Luxé is a fast-growing luxury brand providing bespoke services to an elite global clientele. We are seeking experienced Virtual Personal Assistants to join our remote team and support clients with their administrative needs. This role requires a high level of organisational skill, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks across different industries.
As a remote role, you'll have the flexibility to work from home while providing consistent, first-class support to our diverse and high-end clients.
Responsibilities:
* Diary & Email Management: Coordinate schedules, appointments, and communications efficiently.
* Administrative Tasks: Handle business administration, bookkeeping tasks (using QuickBooks), and maintain records.
* Document Preparation: Perform filing, scanning, and document creation.
* Client Liaison: Communicate via email and phone with a professional and courteous manner.
* Marketing Support: Assist with marketing administration tasks, content creation, and social media management.
* Project Support: Provide ad-hoc support for client-specific projects and needs.
Required Skills:
* 3+ Years Experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
* Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Position Details:
* Hours: Full/Part-time (minimum 4 hours per day, 5 days a week during core business hours, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm).
* Location: Remote/Home-based role.
* Rate: Starting at £12.21 per hour.
