Assistant Contracts Coordinator
Job Type – Fixed Term for 6 Months
(40 hours per week)
Salary - £32,118 - £34,259
The HOME Team, which is part of the Govan Housing Group, requires an experienced Assistant Contracts Coordinator to provide a high-quality customer service to internal and external customers on all repair, maintenance and service enquiries.
Reporting to the Senior Contracts Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the organisation including works order and program scheduling, daily office operations, maintaining office records and providing general support and administrative services for the staff and operatives.
It is essential the successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Two years' experience in a support or coordination role within a multi-trade contracts environment, ideally within repairs and maintenance;
Experience in multi-trade planning, scheduling and liaising with stakeholders;
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office packages and job management systems;
Experience of report writing is desirable, as is working with Mobile Working Solutions and scheduling software.
To be effective in the role, you will also need excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve operational challenges are essential, as is the ability to analyse data, produce reports and assist in financial and operations tracking.
