Job Title: Governance Analyst
Job Description
This role ensures effective financial oversight and supplier contract management within Global IT. Acting as a key partner to IT leadership, you will analyse financial performance, optimise supplier relationships, and drive process improvements through automation and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
1. Monitor IT budgets, forecasts, and actuals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
2. Provide actionable insights through cost analysis and financial modelling.
3. Maintain end-to-end oversight of IT supplier contracts, including renewals and compliance.
4. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adherence to frameworks.
5. Raise purchase orders (POs) and process receipts to support timely payments and accurate financial tracking.
6. Develop dashboards and reporting tools for IT spend and performance metrics.
7. Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources for accuracy.
8. Build and maintain digital tools (, Power Apps, Power Automate) to streamline governance processes.
9. Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
10. Prepare and present financial and operational reports for IT leadership.
11. Monitor KPIs and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
