Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for the day to day running of a busy accounts department. About the Job The Accounts Assistant will play an integral role within the accounts function, you'll be responsible for completing and assisting with Preparing and submitted TSS returns Assisting with data preparation and validation, and ongoing maintenance of internal databases within the ERP systems Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently Performing account reconciliations Assisting with credit control activities when required Liaising with suppliers and internal department to resolve queries Supporting audit preparation Providing general administrative and accounts support when required Experience, Skills and Attributes Strong excel skills A good team player with strong professional work ethic. Experience of Sage 50 would be preferable but not essential.
