The Operations Manager will play a crucial part in ensuring their customers receive the very best service through engineering excellence delivered by a motivated and engaged team. The Key Accountabilities include : Leading and motivating the professional and established team to meet their targets. Managing the execution of projects on the shop floor, ensuring that customers receive their highly engineered products on time and to the highest standards. Ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance. Driving a customer focus culture, putting internal and external customers at the heart of all actions and decisions. Managing resources, production schedules and KPI’s to optimise efficiencies. Directly working with customers to provide updates on the execution and delivery of their highly engineered products. About You : You are an experienced Operational Leader within manufacturing/engineering. You have experience of managing your team to deliver products to customers through engineering and testing activities. You are ambitious and focused on your own and your team’s development. You are a leader who is passionate about creating a culture of high performance and success. You know how to communicate effectively across the organisation, engaging others and working collaboratively to deliver wins for the business. You are passionate about creating a culture of success and teamwork.
