Rhodium Consulting are working exclusively with a client specialising in luxury kitchen and bathroom company who are entering an exciting growth phase and are on the lookout for a talented and passionate Kitchen Designer to join their dynamic team. Based in their stunning Long Ditton showroom, they serve an affluent client base across Surrey and Southwest London, offering a seamless design-to-installation service that combines luxury bespoke British cabinetry with the precision and innovation of premium German kitchens.
From £50K to £500K projects, they design and deliver unique spaces tailored to their clients’ lifestyles – kitchens, boot rooms, utilities, and more. With their own in-house furniture production and a trusted network of contractors, they guarantee quality at every step, backed by their unrivalled 11-year workmanship promise.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Creating and presenting inspiring kitchen designs tailored to each client’s brief, budget, and lifestyle
* Managing projects from concept through to installation, including site visits and client handovers
* Working from their design-led Long Ditton studio alongside your supportive Showroom Manager
* Collaborating with on-site technicians and working closely with the company director
* Engaging with customers to build strong, lasting relationships
* Contributing to marketing and showroom development initiatives
You’ll need:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in kitchen design, ideally in a premium or luxury retail setting
* A strong sales track record, with a customer-first approach
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Articad or similar design software
* Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* A proactive, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
* Bonus: Experience in marketing and social media is highly desirable
