An award-winning digital agency is looking for a standalone Marketing Manager to lead their in-house marketing campaigns. The agency works with globally renowned companies, creating websites, apps, and digital products, with a focus on brand visibility to drive business growth. B2B experience is essential.
The role requires an experienced in-house marketing professional capable of developing and executing a broad strategy. Responsibilities include managing digital and brand awareness campaigns, driving lead generation, managing the website, external communications, and organizing various marketing events.
If you are a strategic, innovative Marketing Manager with excellent communication and relationship skills, and want to be part of a growing organization, this is an excellent opportunity. You will report to a senior manager overseeing marketing, business development, and partnerships, but will have autonomy to make an impact.
Candidates should have over 5 years of B2B marketing experience, including in-house roles at creative or digital agencies supporting high-profile clients. The ideal candidate is strategic, sales-oriented, with broad experience across marketing disciplines. Those focused solely on one area (e.g., Digital) may not be suitable. The package includes competitive salary (£50,000 - £60,000 pa), benefits, and flexible working options, with occasional visits to the London office.
