The Role

We're looking for an energetic, people-driven Customer Success Manager to own and grow client relationships. You'll be the voice of the customer inside our business — making sure every client feels valued, supported, and excited about the journey with us.

Think of yourself as part trusted advisor, part problem-solver, part opportunity-spotter. This isn't about firefighting — it's about building trust, driving outcomes, and helping clients get the absolute best from our solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

* Build lasting relationships with the Company's portfolio of clients
* Translate client goals into action plans, ensuring IT actually delivers business outcomes
* Spot opportunities to add value (from new services to optimising what they already have)
* Proactively resolve challenges before they even become "issues"
* Partner with sales and technical teams to grow accounts and drive renewals
* Keep CRM records sharp, so we've always got a clear picture of client health

What You Bring

* A natural flair for people and building trust
* Strong communication skills
* The ability to juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset (you see opportunities where others see problems)
* Highly organised with great time-management skills
* Previous experience in account management, customer success, or client services is a bonus
* No IT background? No problem — just bring curiosity and a willingness to learn
