Sales Development Representative (SDR) - HealthTech SaaS
London (Hybrid)
Up to £45k + OTE
A fast-growing London-based healthtech startup is hiring an SDR to help scale outbound sales into the clinical trials market.
The Role
You'll support pipeline growth by:
* Prospecting and outreach via email, LinkedIn and cold calling
* Booking qualified meetings for senior sales leaders
* Researching accounts across pharma, CROs, and research organisations
* Qualifying leads
* Managing inbound and outbound leads in HubSpot
* Supporting campaign activity and event follow-up
* Keeping CRM data clean and consistent
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where your input will directly influence how the sales engine is built.
What We're Looking For
You'll be a good fit if you have:
* Experience as an SDR / BDR
* Experience working in healthtech SaaS
* Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav, CRM systems
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Comfort working in an early-stage, evolving environment
You don't need to be a clinical expert - but you do need to be genuinely interested in the clinical trial ecosystem and motivated to learn.
