Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction by providing administrative support and managing client interactions efficiently. Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Maintain accurate client records and databases through diligent data entry.
* Assist with administrative tasks including managing correspondence and preparing documents.
* Ensure effective communication with clients via phone and email and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client experiences.
