The Opportunity
This is a hands-on Project Delivery Lead role, focused on leading client-facing technology projects end-to-end.
You will:
* Take full ownership of multiple client engagements
* Lead delivery from planning through to execution
* Act as the key point of contact for clients
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, to scope, and at high quality
* Coach and mentor team members
* Identify risks early and drive effective resolutions
* Help shape delivery standards and best practices as the Belfast function grows
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience in project management or delivery leadership
* Background in consulting, financial services, or technology environments
* Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects independently
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Solid understanding of modern technology delivery (applications, integration, systems)
* Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
* Strong planning, risk management, and problem-solving capability
Desirable Experience
* Exposure to cloud, AI/ML, or advanced data platforms
* Experience within capital markets, fintech, or payments
