You will be well-versed in managing a range of accounts, from leisure and cultural venues to business clients involved in housing and highway construction. You should have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, utilizing strong communication skills to maintain and develop client relationships. What the job involves This role involves working within our communications unit to provide services both internally and externally on behalf of the council. Responsibilities include media liaison and crisis management, creative editorial production and direction, media training, and both internal and external customer communications. You will also be involved in consultations, marketing campaigns, design, branding, video production, and overseeing social media and website governance. A major focus of your role will be to support North Yorkshire Council's channel shift initiatives to enhance online customer interactions and transactions. This position offers hybrid and flexible working options, requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
