We're recruiting for a General Assembler to join a well-established engineering company within the HVAC sector. This is a hands-on role within a busy production team, building high-quality equipment to meet customer demand.Key Responsibilities:Mechanical and electrical assembly in line with production schedulesUse of hand and air toolsProduct testing (where trained)Self-inspection and reporting faultsFinal inspection before packingMaintaining tools, equipment, and a clean workspaceFollowing Health & Safety and ISO standardsAbout You:Assembly experience (mechanical/electrical preferred)Confident using hand toolsGood attention to detailProactive and team-focusedElectrical qualifications or forklift licence (advantageous)What's on offer:Overtime paid at enhanced rates (not regularly required)Company pensionFree on-site parkingYou must be able to commute to High Wycombe and have the right to work in the UK.If you're looking for a stable, hands-on role in a supportive environment, please get in touch.
