As a Master Data Analyst, you will report to the Master Data Manager and play a pivotal role in executing Master Data Initiatives. You will work closely with our business to implement data governance policies and procedures, ensuring a single source of truth (golden record) using the Profisee MDM tool. You will uphold the Single Source of Truth (SSOT) principle, emphasizing the importance of having one trusted data source for decision-making.
What you’ll be doing as a Master Data Analyst
* Establishing and maintaining a golden master record for all data assets.
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive data model aligned with business processes.
* Setting up procedures for data matching and survivorship to ensure data accuracy.
* Defining data modeling, relationships, workflows, and event processing.
* Implementing business rules, managing data governance activities, and overseeing MDM data mapping and ingestion.
* Conducting data quality surveys, designing data quality rules, and maintaining high standards for master data.
* Creating and supporting exception reports and KPIs, working with the business to resolve data issues and establish a trusted data source.

What you should bring to the role
We seek innovative, collaborative individuals passionate about data and excellence, with experience managing master data (preferably with Profisee MDM), conducting data quality surveys, and proficiency in SQL, ETL, data modeling, and visualization tools. Strong technical skills and stakeholder management experience are essential.
