Salary: £35,000 - £40,000pa DOE

Essential: Paid Media Executive/Specialist/Manager experience.

THE ROLE:
We're searching for Paid Media enthusiast with a passion for planning, delivering, and optimising ROI focussed paid media campaigns for clients of all shapes and sizes You'll play a vital role within the existing paid media team and use your expertise to shape strategies and deliver measurable impact across a wide range of projects or ongoing retainers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, implement, and optimise ROI focussed paid media campaigns across various platforms, working with varying budgets.
Manage paid media campaigns; track & analyse data to optimise campaign performance.
Collaborate on creative direction to ensure cohesive messaging across client campaigns and channels.
Write ROI focussed & impactful paid media ads, supported by input from the content team.
Produce performance reports and deliver monthly presentations to clients.
Proactively manage and optimise clients' evolving paid media strategies, budgets, and channel mixes to meet & surpass their expectations.
Support new business activity with paid media proposals.
Work closely with clients and communicate successes, strategies, and deliverables.
Provide expertise, training and guidance to overall performance team and across the business.
Keep up to date with the latest paid media trends and technologies.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Solidexperience in a Paid Media Executive/Specialist/Manager or similar is essential.
Broad experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn.
Experience successfully managing large budgets.
Previous experience working with B2B, B2C, lead generation, e-commerce clients would be ideal.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, including demographics, interests, behaviours, and retargeting.
Experience in data analytics and campaign optimisation tools to enhance performance.
Self-motivated with strong multitasking and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Desirable: Experience with Meta & TikTok ad platforms.

This role is based on the outskirts of West Leeds, so a driving licence and access to a car would be ideal.
