As a Housekeeping Team Member, you’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment where our students can thrive. You’ll work closely with colleagues in student experience and facilities, making a real impact every day. From maintaining high standards across communal areas to ensuring shared spaces are clean, well‑presented, and inviting, you’ll help deliver a positive experience that makes our accommodation feel like home.

* Being a friendly, supportive presence for our students and colleagues, always ready to help or signpost support when needed.
* Ensuring safety and sustainability are at the heart of how you work, keeping our properties safe, clean, and environmentally conscious.

Qualifications
* Have previous experience in housekeeping and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* Demonstrate great attention to detail and take pride in delivering excellent service.
* Bring a positive attitude, showing flexibility and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the role.
* Be approachable and friendly, building positive relationships with students and colleagues.
* Thrive as part of a supportive team, contributing to a welcoming and well‑kept environment for everyone.
