Requirements: - HCPC registration and relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy. - At least two years of experience working within a local authority setting. - Skilled in completing manual handling assessments. - Strong understanding of equipment provision and home adaptation processes. - Excellent communication and organisational skills. - A full UK driving licence and access to a car for local travel.
