Office administrator required for small busy, friendly office north of Newbury. Full time position Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am - 4.30pm.

About Brand Windows Ltd

Brand Windows Ltd was founded as a family run business in 1973 to service the local area needs for all types of double glazing. We employ local people, and a large percentage of our factory staff have been with us for over 10 years giving us a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Brand Windows Ltd manufacture uPVC windows, doors and conservatories for the trade market and also carry out our own installations in the retail sector.

Operating from a site just North junction 13 of the M4 close to Newbury. All manufacturing and distribution is performed at this site where we have been based almost 50 years.

You will be joining a team of 7 who are friendly, dedicated and loyal to Brand Windows. We hold our family values high and we understand that it is paramount our employees have a good work/life balance.

You must be confident and have a good customer service skills as you will be liaising with customers about their orders on the telephone on a day to day basis, and occasionally face to face.

The successful candidate will be streamlining the process between enquiries coming in and the fitting team successfully completing each job.

You will need to prepare the quotes for our trade customers, raise invoices and chase payments so having prior knowledge or experience of Sage would be an advantage.

You will be booking the installations and working closely with the team of fitters to manage their appointment diary and ensuring customers are being updated.

You will be registering the installation in with the relevant authorities and preparing the paperwork for the customer.

Full training will be given as part of our onboarding process but previous office experience is essential.
