About This Role
As a Senior iOS Engineer in the Loyalty domain, you will join a dynamic team focused on building innovative solutions within a wider domain of cross-functional teams. Collaborating with multiple product and engineering teams around the world, you’ll help unlock new opportunities for loyal customers and partners, enhancing their experience with exciting benefits and rewards.
Your role will be pivotal in fostering communication and collaboration. You will work closely with product owners, front-end engineers on web and mobile, and other backend engineers. Together, you will:
* Design and implement new features
* Enhance existing functionalities
* Boost performance
* Streamline platforms
* Develop robust and scalable backend solutions
Key Ingredients for Success
* Product Definition: Collaborate with engineering teams and Product Managers in workshops to significantly define new product features.
* Technical Ownership: Consistently deliver high-quality software that meets team best practices and expectations.
* Project Management: Take complete ownership of components you develop, managing timelines and transparently communicating progress.
* Cross-Functional Communication: Share your progress and ideas with your team, contributing to the growth of the iOS guild.
* Inner Source Model Support: As a Trusted Committer, support contributing teams to integrate their features into our codebase.
What Will You Bring to the Table?
We're looking for a collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for innovation. Your technical toolkit should include:
* Swift / SwiftUI
* Integration, Unit, and UI Tests
* Experience in building stable software with high attention to detail
* Deep knowledge of the iOS ecosystem
* Experience in knowledge sharing and presenting
* Continuous integration
* Strong understanding of developing software in isolated and reusable components
* Code design for efficiency and readability
