About the Role
We are seeking a creative and organised Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day marketing operations of Roche AV Pro. This role is centred around social media scheduling, website administration, and database management, helping ensure that our digital presence is consistent, engaging, and professional. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to deliver campaigns, maintain content across digital platforms, and assist with reporting.
In addition, you'll help administer and update our CRM database, supporting both the marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
* Schedule, monitor, and report on posts across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and Facebook.
* Track engagement, reach, and other KPIs to optimise performance.
Website Administration
* Update website content including news, case studies, and product listings.
* Ensure accuracy of information, images, and links across the site.
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to keep web content up to date.
Database & CRM Administration
* Maintain and segment marketing and sales databases
* Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and GDPR best practices.
* Support campaign targeting through accurate contact lists and segmentation.
Marketing Support
* Assist with the coordination of email campaigns, newsletters, and eshots.
* Support the preparation of event materials, presentations, and collateral.
* Help analyse marketing campaign results and provide feedback to the team.
* Work with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams when required.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in marketing support, administration, or a similar role (desirable but not essential).
* Familiarity with social media platforms.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative mindset with an eye for design, branding, and digital content.
